We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Automation Controls Programmer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Write, test, and troubleshoot control logic and sequence of operations based on project specifications.
  • Conduct system commissioning, diagnostics, and performance analysis to ensure functionality.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and team members on automation systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including wiring diagrams and system schematics.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in building automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages used in building automation (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, Niagara, or similar).
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with software tools for programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics in building automation.

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in building automation systems programming or a similar role.
  • Experience with tools like Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, or Schneider Electric systems is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role with flexible working hours.
  • Availability during core business hours to coordinate with team members and clients across different time zones.
