Amazon is seeking a results-driven and analytically strong Business Analyst to join the Amazon Distribution and Fulfillment Services (ADFS) team. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets from fulfillment centers and supply chain systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements.

Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of distribution and fulfillment operations.

Partner with operations, product, and tech teams to define business requirements and design scalable solutions.

Conduct root cause analysis for process inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.

Create and maintain documentation for analytical processes, data sources, and business logic.

Support weekly and monthly business reviews with accurate and timely reporting.

Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver recommendations based on findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) is a strong plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex datasets and draw clear insights.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data in simple terms to stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:

1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.

Experience working in e-commerce, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics industries is highly desirable.

Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and internship experience may also be considered.
Working Hours:

Full-time role, typically Monday to Friday.

Flexibility required to accommodate occasional weekend or late-evening business reviews based on global operations.
