Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder discussions and data analysis

Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and reports

Prepare detailed business analysis documents, presentations, and dashboards for management review

Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic planning and execution

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives

Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations

Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Act as a key point of contact for English-language communication with stakeholders

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role

Experience working in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments is preferred

Exposure to FMCG, nutrition, food, or consumer goods industries is an advantage
