Job Summary:
HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Delhi/NCR region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand HR Service Jobs client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Track and report on sales metrics, performance, and progress towards targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and stay updated on industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in a relevant sector.
- Strong understanding of sales and business development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the HR services or recruitment industry is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required for client meetings and networking events.
