  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and foster connections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales management.
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR sector is highly desirable.
  • A successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to accommodate client needs.
