Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Germany. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and outbound marketing strategies.
- Client Engagement: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to initiate conversations and set up meetings with prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and prospects in our CRM system.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with the technology or recruitment industry is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to accommodate client needs and team collaboration.
