Analyze and define business requirements for IT systems to ensure smooth, impactful solution implementations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Lead and manage IT and AI-enabled projects—primarily within the Atlassian ecosystem—delivering them on time, within scope, and against defined success metrics.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on system design, configuration, integrations, and AI best practices.

Use data and analytics to track performance, uncover optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide expert-level guidance, mentoring, and support to stakeholders, promoting adoption and ensuring successful project outcomes.
What We are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

10+ years of proven experience in business systems analysis, IT solution delivery, or Atlassian platform optimization.

Strong expertise in system design, configuration, and enterprise-level integration—with a focus on scalable, user-first solutions.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with strategic impact and consistent on-time delivery.
