We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our growing team at HR Service Jobs. As a Call Center Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.

Follow communication “scripts” and standard operating procedures.

Record customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account information.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.

Provide product or service information to customers.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic service.

Achieve individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further action.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a bonus).

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Proficient in using basic computer systems, CRM tools, and call center software.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.

Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer issues.
Experience

Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles will be considered an advantage.
Working Hours

Flexible work shifts available:

Morning Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Evening Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Rotational weekends and off days may apply depending on the project.
