Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Call Center Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their professional career in customer service and communication. As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and information regarding our services and products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

  • Achieve daily/weekly targets related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up with customers for feedback and further support when necessary.

  • Stay updated with company policies and product knowledge.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

  • Basic computer literacy (typing, data entry, use of CRM tools).

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to stay calm and work under pressure during high call volumes.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

  • 12th pass or a graduate from any stream (degree not mandatory but preferred).


Experience

  • No prior experience required.

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Any internship or project in customer support or communication will be a plus.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available: Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Night

  • Both full-time and part-time shifts are offered

  • Weekend and holiday shifts may be required on a rotational basis


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with call center operations or CRM software (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls efficiently

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles
