Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Strong typing speed (minimum 35–40 words per minute) with high accuracy.

  • Customer-focused mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM tools, and digital communication.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

  • Self-motivated and disciplined for working in a remote environment.

Experience:
