Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Executive (Night Shift) to join our dynamic remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling real-time inquiries through chat with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat platforms.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the issue.

  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

  • Document interactions accurately in the system with attention to detail.

  • Meet or exceed performance KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide support to international customers across various time zones.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Familiarity with customer support software, chat systems, and CRM tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup.

  • A calm and empathetic approach to dealing with frustrated or upset customers.

  • Typing speed of at least 35+ WPM with high accuracy.


Experience

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat-based environment.

  • Freshers with excellent English writing skills and the right attitude will also be considered.


Working Hours

  • Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)

  • Monday to Saturday (1 day off per week – rotational)

  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth understanding of customer service practices and conflict resolution.

  • Knowledge of help desk systems and chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).

  • Adaptability to changing technologies and processes.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable handling high volumes of customer inquiries during peak hours.
