CISCO Voice Engineer (Remote & Night Shift Only)

Fresher Job is seeking a skilled CISCO Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This position will primarily focus on the design, implementation, and management of CISCO voice solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability and performance of our voice infrastructure, while also providing exceptional support to our clients. As we cater to clients across various sectors, your expertise will be crucial in driving effective communication solutions that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement CISCO voice solutions, including call control and telephony features.
• Manage and troubleshoot voice-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Conduct system performance monitoring and optimization to ensure efficient operation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding voice solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of voice systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in voice engineering to recommend enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CISCO Voice Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in CISCO Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), CISCO Unity, and other related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and telephony protocols.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CISCO voice engineering.
• Experience in managing voice systems in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus.

Working Hours

• This position is remote and requires availability for night shifts. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate clients across different time zones.
