Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is actively seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Freshers who are passionate about launching their careers in construction, infrastructure, and project execution. This role is ideal for individuals who have recently completed their civil engineering degree and are eager to apply their academic knowledge in real-world projects. You will be part of dynamic site teams working on a variety of infrastructure and construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and managing civil construction projects.

Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Help in preparing technical reports, estimates, and documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely project execution.

Support quality control, survey, and layout-related activities at construction sites.

Stay updated with project drawings, BOQ, and technical documentation.

Attend team meetings and provide input during project reviews and site assessments.

Learn and adhere to company safety protocols, quality standards, and engineering procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university.

Strong academic understanding of structural analysis, surveying, and construction materials.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools is desirable.

Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Must be open to travel and relocation as per project needs.
Experience

Freshers only (0–1 year of experience)

Internship or project experience during college is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (site/project-dependent timing may vary)

Occasional overtime may be required based on project urgency.
