Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, material orders, and compliance records.
• Support in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the resolution of technical issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Experience

• No prior work experience is required; however, internships or relevant project experience during academic studies will be an advantage.
