Key Responsibilities

- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Prepare and present reports on client engagement and performance metrics to management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services to enhance client value.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the service or technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Working Hours
