Position: CNC Machinist
Location: Onsite – Colorado Springs, CO

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and manual machines such as Haas Lathe, Feeler, G&L, Femco Vertical Mills, and Femco HBC
- Perform tasks including prototype machining, R&D, and reverse engineering
- Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize machines to ensure efficient operations
- Inspect parts to meet exacting precision and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment remains in peak condition
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Track job costs and support adherence to project budgets
- Mentor and support junior machinists on best practices and techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a machine shop or precision manufacturing environment
- Strong skills in lathe operation and general machining
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
