Responsibilities

Support the C&B team by creating and analysing management data to help deliver departmental objectives.

Maintain and manage HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Gain supplier management experience, working with external partners across discounts, team gear, and occupational health.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance processes and procedures.

Collaborate with Recruitment and Employee Relations to maintain accurate employee data and assist with activities such as the work experience programme.

Engage with employee benefits, supporting the annual benefits cycle and helping to increase employee awareness and participation.
