Responsibilities

  • Support the C&B team by creating and analysing management data to help deliver departmental objectives.

  • Maintain and manage HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Gain supplier management experience, working with external partners across discounts, team gear, and occupational health.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance processes and procedures.

  • Collaborate with Recruitment and Employee Relations to maintain accurate employee data and assist with activities such as the work experience programme.

  • Engage with employee benefits, supporting the annual benefits cycle and helping to increase employee awareness and participation.
