Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Online Computer Science Teacher to deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in middle and high school (Classes 6–12). The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a flair for virtual teaching. You will play a key role in shaping young minds and preparing students for academic and real-world challenges in computer science and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct live online classes for students based on CBSE curriculum and/or other relevant syllabi.

  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments tailored to different learning levels.

  • Use digital tools and platforms to create a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students excel.

  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance.

  • Stay updated with new teaching methodologies, programming languages, and educational technologies.

  • Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students.

  • Attend regular training and team meetings organized by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, HTML, etc.) and computer science fundamentals.

  • Proficient in using online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to create presentations, share screens, use digital whiteboards, and assign/upload tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

  • Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Computer Science (online or offline).

  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge and passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with options for morning, afternoon, or evening classes.

  • Expected commitment: 2 to 4 hours per day (based on class schedule).

  • Weekends may include extra sessions, tests, or doubt-solving hours.

  • In-depth knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum for Classes 6–12.
