Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings, roads, and other structures.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from worksites.
- Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment under supervision.
- Perform basic demolition tasks, including removing debris and preparing sites.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure proper use of protective gear.
- Work in all weather conditions and adapt to various job site requirements.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by site supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety regulations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Experience
