As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling sales transactions and providing excellent product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area.
• Promote and upsell bakery products and specials to enhance customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.

Experience

Working Hours

• Part-time evening shifts, typically from 5 PM to 10 PM, including weekends and holidays as required.
