Amazon is looking for dependable and energetic Courier Delivery Boys to join our last-mile delivery operations team. As a Delivery Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their packages accurately and on time. This role involves picking up parcels from the Amazon delivery hub and delivering them directly to customers’ doorsteps using a two-wheeler. Key Responsibilities:

Pick up packages from the Amazon delivery station as per assigned route

Deliver parcels to customers’ addresses within the designated time frame

Ensure safe and secure handling of products during transit

Use the Amazon delivery app to manage routes, update delivery status, and capture proof of delivery

Follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and delivery guidelines

Maintain professionalism and good customer service during deliveries

Report any delivery issues, customer complaints, or route problems to supervisors promptly

Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained (if using own vehicle)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass (SSLC or equivalent)

Must own or be willing to use a smartphone (Android preferred)

Basic knowledge of navigation apps like Google Maps

Good understanding of local areas and routes

Strong communication skills in Hindi or the local language (English is a plus)

Physically fit and comfortable working on foot or two-wheeler in different weather conditions
