In this multifaceted role, you will engage with potential students, provide guidance on course selections, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation of our office. As a Course Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals find their educational pathways while contributing to the overall efficiency of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Engagement: Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person consultations to discuss course options and career pathways.
  • Course Guidance: Provide detailed information about various courses, including program structure, duration, and career outcomes, to help students make informed decisions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including data entry, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads to answer queries, nurture relationships, and facilitate enrollments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall student experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and report on performance metrics as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, telecalling, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience in an educational environment is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with a standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Flexibility may be required during peak enrollment periods.
