Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute relationship strategies to grow and retain a portfolio of new and existing corporate clients.
  • Drive sales growth, revenue generation, and market share through proactive business development efforts.
  • Manage complex client relationships with advanced financial needs and risk profiles.
  • Originate, structure, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit banking solutions.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and assess credit opportunities in line with internal policies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Deliver strategic insights and customized solutions based on client business goals and financial well-being.
  • Build strong internal and external networks to generate new opportunities and enhance client experience.
  • Promote the full range of PNC products and services to deepen client relationships.
  • Utilize reporting tools and sales platforms to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, or relationship management.
  • Experience in Equipment Finance strongly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in credit products, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and sales tools.
