Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools (CRM experience preferred).

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours; must be available for at least 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer availability.
