Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 words per minute) with accuracy.

Customer-oriented with an empathetic and patient approach.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web-based tools or chat systems.
