Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to convey information effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in using computers, email, and various software applications.
- Comfortable working with customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Experience in handling high-volume calls or troubleshooting technical issues is a plus.

Working Hours:
- This is a remote, full-time position.
