Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Airport Customer Operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team at the airport.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the passenger experience.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate customer service agents to ensure top performance.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff and share updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the airport or travel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Experience working in an airport environment or with travel-related services is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time position; flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by airport operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
