Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the airport or travel industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Experience working in an airport environment or with travel-related services is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position; flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by airport operations.
