Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a management role.

- Experience in training and developing team members.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
