- Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance service delivery skills.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives.
- Uphold the companys policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment or high-pressure situations is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
- Flexible working hours may be available to accommodate personal commitments.
