  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide the best assistance to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position; typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility required for overtime and weekends as needed.
