  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with claims processing, billing questions, and account updates.
  • Educate customers on the use of online tools and resources for self-service.
  • Maintain and update customer records with precise and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards to ensure customer data confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and a customer-first attitude.
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or insurance industries is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours
