Job Summary:

- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and best practices to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times when dealing with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers and working with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries over the phone, email, or chat is a plus.
- Experience in a remote work environment is a bonus, but not mandatory.
