Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to management when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback to help improve processes and product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Experience in handling a high volume of customer interactions effectively.
- Familiarity with various communication platforms (phone, chat, email).
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, with the requirement to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Availability during peak customer service hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

- Ability to adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
