- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the companys CRM system.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all communication meets the companys quality standards and adheres to established guidelines and procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the companys products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally via email.
- Customer Orientation: Strong customer service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.

Experience

Working Hours
