Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with shifts varying between 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Part-Time: Flexible hours available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and refunds.
