  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications in our CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on changes in healthcare services and customer service best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other technology tools.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with sensitive situations.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on healthcare services preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
  • Experience in remote work environments is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible hours; availability to work shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional weekends or holiday shifts may be required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards (HIPAA).
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with health insurance plans and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
