Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and professional Customer Service Representative (Non-IT) to join our growing remote support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably remote).

Previous experience in non-IT sectors such as retail, e-commerce, telecom, banking, or insurance is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Flexible shift options available: Day and Evening Shifts.

Minimum commitment of 6–8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
