Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve service skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor while handling challenging situations or complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
Working Hours
- This is a part-time position, requiring availability for 20-25 hours per week.
