- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to offer informed and relevant assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated capacity for handling high-volume call traffic while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the telecommunications or retail industry, is highly desirable.
- Experience with remote work or virtual communication tools is an advantage.

Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
