Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Working Hours
