Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic remote support team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt, professional, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner

Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions using internal CRM tools

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-ups

Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and potential improvements

Meet individual and team KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and understanding

Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office tools and web-based CRM platforms

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of customer service, call center, or support experience preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply

Working Hours

Flexible shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening (depending on time zone and business needs)

5 to 6 working days per week
