Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is looking for a dedicated, proactive, and customer-centric Customer Service Specialist to join our growing remote team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all communication channels. Whether it is resolving inquiries, assisting with troubleshooting, or guiding users through our services, your role is critical to customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal departments to solve customer issues or relay feedback.

Proactively identify customer pain points and suggest process improvements.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction score.

Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong listening skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

Experience

No prior experience required – freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

Flexible shifts available

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (adjustable based on time zone and team needs)

Occasional weekend or evening shifts depending on customer demand
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices

Familiarity with remote working tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
