- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to address any additional needs.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on recurring issues or areas for improvement in our processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role or a similar position is preferred.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility may be required during peak periods or for special projects.

- Knowledge of customer service best practices and procedures.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
