  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and service enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate business needs. Standard hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend shifts as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and de-escalate situations with professionalism.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment process and associated terminology is advantageous.
