Experience:

  • No prior experience required – this role is open to freshers.

  • Internship, part-time, or volunteering experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.

  • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays (24/7 support environment).

  • Both Work-from-Home and On-site options may be available based on location.
