Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital products is a plus.
- Experience handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
