  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital products is a plus.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
