Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide clear instructions to customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role is preferred.
  • Experience in a bilingual environment or handling customers from diverse backgrounds is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to accommodate various customer time zones.
