Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is actively hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive specializing in Chat and Email Support. This is a remote opportunity tailored for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through written communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat and email in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using internal CRM tools.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures for consistency in customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policy updates, and system changes.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image at all times.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and typing skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with customer service software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.

  • Customer-first attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office and web-based tools.


Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in chat or email support.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to learn are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available (including morning, afternoon, and night shifts).

  • Both part-time and full-time options are open.

  • Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of e-commerce, online platforms, or service-based industries is an added advantage.

  • Ability to empathize with customers while maintaining professionalism.

  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset and a solution-oriented approach.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
