  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to the enhancement of customer support strategies.
  • Support employee experience initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a hybrid or remote setting.

Working Hours

  • This is a hybrid position with flexible working hours. Employees are expected to be available during core business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) and may adjust their schedules to accommodate customer needs and personal commitments.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with customer support best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employee engagement strategies is beneficial.
