Customer Support Representative, Employee Experience (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our Employee Experience team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our employee engagement through exceptional support and communication. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-tier service, solving problems, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge base of company policies, procedures, and benefits to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance employee experience initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from employees and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by providing necessary information and resources.
  • Prepare reports on common employee issues and recommend improvements based on trends.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an HR or Employee Experience setting.
  • Familiarity with employee onboarding processes and HR policies is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexibility in scheduling.
  • Hybrid work model allowing for a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage effectively with diverse employee groups.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and tools is beneficial.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
