Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Experience handling high-volume calls and complex customer issues is a plus.
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems and travel industry terminology is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Shift schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure coverage across all time zones.
